Sales Manager – Retail Technology Solutions (APAC)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global technology consulting firm that helps leading retailers accelerate digital transformation. The company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive new‑business growth across the APAC retail market, selling IT consulting, cloud, AI and digital commerce services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new enterprise opportunities within retail and e‑commerce organisations across APAC.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract signing.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital and other senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery and solution teams to design tailored client solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the firm at industry events and enhance market presence in the region.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services, technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new logos and closing 6‑7 enterprise deals in the last 2‑3 years.
• Experience selling into retail, e‑commerce, consumer goods or CPG sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles and high‑value opportunities.
• Previous experience selling across the APAC region with strong knowledge of local markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout APAC as required.
