Sales Manager – Roadshows (India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our property roadshow initiatives across India. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with broker networks, driving sales revenue, and supporting brokers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with broker (channel partner) networks in the Indian region.
• Engage professionally with brokers to foster fruitful collaborations.
• Manage and increase sales from the Indian market, identifying new sales centres.
• Oversee inbound traffic of prospective customers from India sales offices.
• Motivate brokers to increase participation and achieve higher sales volumes.
• Provide continuous support, training, and assistance to brokers on new and existing projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing laws and company policies during transactions.
• Prepare and finalize agreements with brokers and create a committed, profitable broker network.
• Resolve broker complaints, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with sale contract registration/termination at DLD when required.
• Handle timely invoicing, payment dispersal, and collections.

Required profile

• Proven developer real‑estate sales experience.
• Experience managing or participating in Indian property roadshows.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience engaging clients across North and East India markets is an advantage.
