Sales & Marketing Engineer – Glazing (Steel & Aluminium)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Engineer to promote our steel and aluminium glazing solutions in the architectural and construction sector. The role combines technical expertise with commercial activities to support the design, specification and installation of high-performance façade systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, consultants and façade specialists.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through regular communication.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for windows, doors and curtain-wall systems.
• Advise clients on product selection, customised solutions and specification compliance for commercial and residential projects.
• Prepare competitive quotations and tender submissions in collaboration with estimation and engineering teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry demands to shape sales campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions.
• Contribute to marketing collateral, case studies and digital content to generate leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in technical sales, marketing or engineering within glazing, façade or architectural metalwork.
• Strong knowledge of design, manufacture and installation of steel and aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and specialist glazing products.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, structural requirements and performance testing for glazed systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse project specifications and technical drawings.
• Technical knowledge of steel and aluminium glazing systems.
