Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

ESAT is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive in Abu Dhabi to promote its ERP software, CRM solutions, business transformation services and IT offerings. The role focuses on generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships and turning prospects into customers. It suits a proactive person with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries and target markets.
• Generate qualified leads and keep a consistent sales pipeline.
• Promote ERP software, CRM platforms and other IT services to prospective business clients.
• Arrange client meetings, deliver sales presentations and run product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and keep track of market developments and opportunities to expand the client base.

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field (estimated requirement).
• B2B sales and business development experience is an advantage; familiarity with the UAE business environment is also an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP software, CRM solutions, IT services and technology product presentations.
• Lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, client relationship management and deal closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
