Sales Officer - Retail

About the role

Al Ain Finance is hiring a Sales Officer for its retail function in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for personal loans and credit cards, while managing existing relationships and meeting annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the company's product offerings and target customer segment
• Increase the customer base by sourcing new deals through various channels
• Manage existing customer relationships and increase cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively address customer issues and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve the sales targets set each year by senior management
• Prepare a customer pipeline visit report to share regularly with the Head of Retail
• Detect fraudulent cases and report them immediately to management
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank requirements
• Assist the collection team in collecting overdue payments from the portfolio
• Represent Al Ain Finance professionally and build its brand by highlighting distinctive product features

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or Commerce
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a bank or financial institution
• Sales-driven, able to network and build contacts
