Sales Representative - Corporate Sales

About the role

Etihad is seeking a Sales Representative to drive corporate sales across assigned accounts. This position offers UAE nationals the chance to develop a commercial career within a global aviation brand, gaining exposure to international markets and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and execute sales activities for assigned accounts while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with regional, country and headquarters stakeholders to align sales strategies and commercial priorities.
• Represent Etihad in customer meetings, industry events and external engagements.
• Lead commercial development of assigned markets or territories and act as primary contact for General Sales Agents.
• Coach and mentor new Sales Representatives, providing onboarding support and ongoing commercial advice.
• Define, agree and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market share and customer growth targets.
• Analyse market potential and customer opportunities using sales insights and data.
• Identify business development opportunities and support introduction of new products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective accounts.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in line with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• UAE national with a background in commercial sales or account management.
• Proven ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and managing key accounts.
