About the role
HireStella is looking for dynamic Sales Representatives and Telesales Specialists to work either from the office or remotely. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold‑calling, qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings for senior sales managers within the fintech sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured cold calls to pitch fintech solutions and generate discovery meetings.
- Qualify outbound leads via phone and digital channels and log outcomes in the CRM.
- Maintain daily outreach metrics, lead qualification quotas and booking targets.
- Present financial technology solutions, handle objections and support business growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of call‑center experience.
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR, inside sales or cold‑calling experience.
- Proven experience in the fintech industry.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Russian or German.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management.
- Strong telephone communication and objection‑handling abilities.
