Sales Service Engineer - Electromechanical (Electric Motor & Generators)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Service Engineer with electromechanical expertise to drive business for electric motor and generator services across multiple industries in the UAE. The role combines technical knowledge with a consultative sales approach to generate and close opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, marine, construction, and manufacturing.
• Visit customer sites to assess technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, coordinate with the technical team, and ensure accurate delivery of motor, generator, and related equipment services.
• Track market trends, support pricing and quotation activities, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior executives and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4‑5 years of sales experience in electric motor and generator services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
