Sales Specialist – Medical Imaging

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer to hire a Sales Specialist based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales and demand for radiology and imaging solutions across dental and clinical settings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales and demand for the company’s imaging products.
• Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers.
• Present products to groups of dental care professionals and students.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators on KOL meetings and presentations.
• Assist in training and coaching new sales members.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate on marketing programmes.
• Manage and process customer complaints.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in application and sales of radiology/imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Mammography) within the UAE.
• Proven track record of sales success in the medical imaging sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal car.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
