Sales Team Lead – Dubai

About the role

Careem is expanding its food platform across the UAE and seeks a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive restaurant partnerships in Dubai. You will lead a team of eight sales professionals, shape the sales strategy, and ensure successful onboarding of new restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of 8 sales reps to meet and exceed targets.
• Support the team in closing deals and lead high‑value negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to design and execute Dubai‑specific sales strategies.
• Identify priority brands and high‑demand restaurant categories to fill inventory gaps.
• Develop data‑driven pitches and sales materials to win new partners.
• Oversee pipeline management and improve sales efficiency.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and account management to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term partner success.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to spot supply gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within food delivery or restaurant partnership domains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small sales team.
• Strong market insight for the Dubai restaurant landscape.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting growth targets.
