SAP Functional Trainer – Blue Yonder (Demand Planning & Replenishment)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Trainer to deliver training on SAP S/4 Hana and Blue Yonder modules focused on demand planning, replenishment and supplier ordering. The role is based in Dubai and forms part of a wider SAP S/4 Hana transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on SAP S/4 Hana and Blue Yonder demand planning, replenishment and supplier ordering functionalities.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides and e‑learning content using tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360.
• Adapt training delivery to diverse audiences and ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams to align training with transformation milestones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering training on SAP S/4 Hana.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, replenishment and supplier ordering processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
