Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & GEO Manager

About the role

Omnia Stores, an online luxury jewelry retailer, is looking for a full‑time, on‑site SEO & GEO Manager to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for its e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO & GEO strategies to increase organic traffic and online sales.
• Conduct technical and content‑focused SEO & GEO audits and implement improvements.
• Perform keyword research for product and category pages.
• Manage link‑building initiatives, including outreach and partnership development.
• Monitor web analytics, prepare performance reports, and stay updated on algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimise on‑page elements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field; SEO certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience as an SEO Specialist or Manager, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or luxury goods.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience conducting comprehensive SEO & GEO audits.
• Keyword research and prioritisation.
• Link‑building strategy and backlink quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce platform optimisation (meta tags, schema, internal linking, site structure).
