About the role
We are seeking a passionate Secondary Head of English to lead our English department in Sharjah. The role involves creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment and delivering a dynamic curriculum to motivated secondary students.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the secondary English department and foster an inspiring classroom atmosphere.
- Develop and implement a creative curriculum aligned with UAE and British standards.
- Support teachers and collaborate across phases to ensure high‑quality education.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English; B.Ed. in English is mandatory.
- Experience teaching the UAE and/or British curriculum at secondary level.
- Creative, enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
- Excellent teamwork and communication with students, parents, and staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency in information technology tools.
- Strong command of English language.
