About the role
Falcon Shield Security is hiring a Security Manager to lead on-site operations, supervise guards and supervisors, and make sure clients receive a consistent, compliant and high-standard security service across all locations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, shift planning and manpower deployment
- Lead, coach and evaluate supervisors and security staff
- Ensure SIRA compliance, incident reporting and corrective actions
- Coordinate with clients, handle escalations and maintain service quality
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments and SOP implementation
- Manage documentation such as rosters, reports, training records and site logs
Required profile
- Proven experience in security operations management (UAE preferred)
- SIRA knowledge or required certifications, as applicable
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle urgent incidents
