Security Supervisor

About the role

The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel in Dubai is looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of the hotel property, guests, colleagues and assets. The role involves supervising security officers and coordinating security activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the security team
• Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel property
• Monitor access control systems, surveillance cameras and alarms
• Respond to security incidents, breaches and emergencies
• Collaborate with the security team to enforce safety and security regulations
• Conduct security training for security officers and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports and activities
• Ensure guest and colleague safety during events and gatherings
• Assist in investigating security-related incidents and report them
• Help implement security enhancements and improvements
• Report security concerns or breaches to the Director of Security
• Follow the company's environmental, health and safety procedures and policies
