Senior A/C Technician

About the role

Join the hotel’s maintenance team in Dubai and ensure guests enjoy comfortable temperatures and reliable refrigeration throughout their stay. As a Senior A/C & Refrigeration Technician you will lead daily maintenance, troubleshoot issues and support energy‑efficient upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot AC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, split units, package units and cold storage equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors and filters.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with installation of new systems and recommend upgrades for better energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to meet operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or commercial HVAC and refrigeration environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, local regulations and environmental guidelines for refrigerants.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests and provide technical support to junior team members.
