Senior Account Executive – Abu Dhabi (Hybrid)

About the role

Prosek Partners is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its newly‑opened Abu Dhabi office. The role combines media relations, strategic writing, client counsel and project leadership while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead account teams, maintaining editorial calendars, media target lists, speaking and awards calendars.
• Develop and pitch creative ideas to clients and media.
• Oversee reporting, analysis and packaging of campaign results.
• Build and sustain relationships with journalists covering client sectors.
• Draft press releases, fact sheets, bylines, blog posts and other client communications.
• Participate in brainstorming, strategic and creative planning sessions.

Required profile

• Strong media relations and professional writing abilities.
• Experience in client counsel, project management and overseeing junior staff.
• Ability to quickly understand clients' businesses and industries.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and able to commute to the Abu Dhabi office three days per week.
