Senior Account Executive - Abu Dhabi

About the role

Prosek Partners, a founder-led integrated marketing and communications firm with more than 500 people globally and a growing office in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its newest Abu Dhabi office. The Senior Account Executive leads their accounts, combining media relations and writing with day-to-day client counsel, project management and oversight of junior team members. Candidates based in Dubai are welcome, provided they can commute to the Abu Dhabi office at least three days per week under the hybrid work policy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain account infrastructure such as editorial calendars, media target lists, speaking and awards calendars and other account materials
• Keep a close eye on the media landscape relevant to clients' businesses and industries and develop creative pitches
• Oversee reporting and analysis of campaign results and package results for clients
• Maintain strong relationships with journalists covering clients' sectors
• Draft press releases, announcements, fact sheets, bylines, blog posts and other client materials, with strong copy-editing and proofreading
• Serve as day-to-day client liaison and give strategic advice on campaign execution
• Spot project or cross-sell opportunities on accounts and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• 3-5 years of communications or public relations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
• Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members

Required skills

• Media relations and knowledge of the regional media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished, client-ready work
• Project management and ability to oversee multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Cision, Factiva and Microsoft Suite
