Senior Account Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

An established cybersecurity organisation is recruiting a Senior Cybersecurity Account Manager in Abu Dhabi, working in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on developing new business and growing strategic client relationships with enterprise and public-sector customers. The salary is AED 30,000 to 35,000 plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop key customer accounts, increasing revenue and strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Generate new business across enterprise and public-sector markets, from initial engagement to deal closure.
• Understand customer needs and work with technical specialists to recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Build account plans, identify growth opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including technology leaders, security teams and business decision-makers.
• Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals, manage expectations and support project delivery.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and agree contractual terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts and work toward agreed revenue targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, account management or business development.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and building successful B2B customer relationships.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint security, network security, security monitoring, cloud security or identity management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, able to manage complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of the UAE business landscape and ability to engage with enterprise customers.
• Arabic speaker.
