Senior Account Manager – Experiential

About the role

The client is a leading independent creative technology agency in Dubai, delivering high‑impact, technology‑led campaigns and immersive brand experiences for luxury and premium brands. They seek a Senior Account Manager to own key client relationships and drive ambitious creative and technology projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted day‑to‑day contact for senior client stakeholders, understanding business objectives and brand priorities.
• Lead projects through brief, planning, execution and delivery, managing timelines, budgets, scope and quality.
• Translate client goals into clear briefs for creative, strategy, technology and production teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop immersive experiences such as AR/VR, AI, 3D, projection mapping and interactive installations.
• Coordinate external partners, manage presentations, status meetings and feedback cycles.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support new business pitches, develop concepts, scopes and commercial proposals.
• Drive account growth by uncovering new project opportunities and services.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of agency‑side experience in creative, advertising, brand experience or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record managing luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brand accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience handling budgets, scopes and client retention.
• Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with immersive technologies such as AR/VR, AI, 3D, projection mapping.
• Knowledge of interactive and digital installations, creative technology and experiential activations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client‑friendly language.
