Senior Account Manager

About the role

qlub is scaling fast across markets and seeks a Senior Account Manager to own relationships with medium to large F&B partners, driving growth and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medium to large F&B partners, building senior‑level relationships.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, renewals and commercial terms, identifying win‑win growth opportunities.
• Monitor partner GMV, adoption rates and engagement, creating tailored growth strategies.
• Proactively address risks such as churn, adoption drops or competitive threats.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing to deliver joint initiatives and influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, enterprise client management or F&B/tech partnerships.
• Proven track record managing medium to large accounts in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, including with C‑level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for insights and decisions.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reporting tools.
• Competence in Google Workspace.
