digitalfarm is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Social Media to lead client accounts in the finance, investment and technology sectors. The role combines strategic planning, content creation and compliance oversight to deliver high‑impact social campaigns for sophisticated brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for financial, investment and technology clients, building trusted relationships.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, engaging social content.
• Manage content calendars, creative briefs and production workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead client presentations, reporting and performance reviews with data‑driven recommendations.
• Monitor campaign metrics and optimise based on analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team development.
• Stay informed on financial markets, fintech developments and platform innovations.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of social media marketing experience, including at least 2 years in agency account management.
• Proven track record managing clients in financial services, investment, fintech or technology.
• Strong understanding of compliance considerations in financial communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms.
• Experience using analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
