Senior Accountant – Full Set Accounting & Finance

About the role

Uni-Fuels is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, support financial analysis, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. The role involves end‑to‑end accounting, payroll, cash‑flow management and coordination with headquarters in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements and cash‑flow statements.
• Support management decision‑making through variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare corporate tax returns and VAT returns in accordance with UAE tax laws.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation.
• Track and manage project‑related costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Generate, process and follow up on client invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and accurate deductions.
• Manage vendor payments, reconcile payment transactions and monitor cash flow.
• Perform daily cash‑flow monitoring, monthly bank reconciliations and forecast cash needs.
• Provide administrative support including handling calls, emails and preparing reports.
• Regularly report financial data and key metrics to the Singapore headquarters.
