Senior Accountant

About the role

Vital Foods Factory LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations and financial control across its UAE food manufacturing facilities. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE standards, and effective cost management within a fast‑moving production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and audit monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory costs, material usage ledgers, and manufacturing expense reconciliations.
• Enforce internal control procedures, cost‑tracking policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Support external audits, month‑end closing schedules, and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial reporting standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with financial accounting software.
