Senior AI Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI for Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions for the financial services sector. You will work closely with quants, traders and business stakeholders to translate complex financial problems into autonomous AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude into production‑grade AI systems.
• Design and implement multi‑agent, autonomous AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that combine structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Deploy AI services on Azure Kubernetes Service with CI/CD, Docker and observability tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software development, including at least 2 years of hands‑on Generative AI experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with LLM context management.
• Proven ability to work with financial services data and understand trading, fixed income, FX or credit domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
