Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

DataRobot is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and sales teams in Dubai. You will design and deliver rapid MVP agentic AI applications that showcase the platform’s capabilities and accelerate time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into AI‑driven solutions, creating end‑to‑end MVPs with multi‑agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and observability.
• Deliver live demos and proofs of value, acting as a trusted technical advisor for sales teams and customers.
• Define deployment requirements, ensure security and data readiness, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, or customer‑facing software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; advanced AI/ML degree is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in building front‑end UIs with React.
• Experience with modern LLM frameworks, API integration, and MCP server design.
