Senior Architect – Design Lead

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the full spectrum of architectural design across diverse asset types, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and compliance with project requirements and design standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through detailed design, delivering high‑quality architectural solutions.
• Oversee production of visualisations, drawings, presentations, and comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve design issues within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical design standards and monitor compliance throughout construction.

Required profile

• 22+ years of architectural design and management experience post‑undergraduate.
• Strong knowledge of international standards, risk management, and sustainable design principles.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale, complex programs across residential, commercial, public, healthcare and educational sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
