Senior Architect – High Rise Tower Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of a newly awarded high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing architectural documentation, ensuring compliance with site conditions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adapt designs, drawings, specifications and BOQ to prevailing site conditions.
• Coordinate technical queries with subcontractors, highlight discrepancies pre‑ and post‑tendering.
• Manage a team of structural and architectural draughtsmen in the preparation of shop drawings.
• Integrate MEP requirements and process material indents from site for approval.
• Evaluate construction delivery systems and propose cost‑effective execution plans.
• Oversee selection of contractors and consultants for specific project packages.
• Prepare and submit Method of Statements to consultants.
• Participate in weekly progress meetings with client and consultant, resolving critical issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors, contractors, consultants and suppliers to obtain necessary technical clearances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on high‑rise tower projects.
