Senior Architectural Inspector

About the role

The Senior Architectural Inspector will oversee the quality and compliance of architectural, interior design, fit‑out and theming works on large‑scale construction projects, primarily in the UAE. The role ensures that all works meet approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and local authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of architectural finishes, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, flooring, façades, doors and specialty elements.
• Verify that themed elements, decorative features, show sets and guest‑experience components are installed according to design intent.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, theming and attraction teams to manage interfaces and resolve non‑conformances.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, NCRs and corrective‑action logs, and participate in site meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in construction supervision consultancy.
• Proven experience on large‑scale projects in the UAE, with strong knowledge of local regulations and international building codes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
