Senior Associate – Corporate M&A & Private Equity

About the role

Join a highly regarded transactional team advising on complex, high‑value M&A and private equity transactions across the UAE, the wider Middle East and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage significant aspects of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private‑equity investments, cross‑border joint ventures and restructurings.
• Work directly with sophisticated clients such as multinational corporations, financial institutions, private‑equity investors and sovereign wealth funds.
• Coordinate with international colleagues and supervise junior lawyers throughout the deal process.

Required profile

• 5–7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate M&A and private equity, preferably from a major US, Magic Circle or international law firm.
• Proven track record of advising on complex, high‑value transactions and strong commercial judgement.
• Excellent academic background and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced drafting, negotiation and transaction‑management abilities.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
