Senior Associate – Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Finance team and lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function. You will partner with finance leaders and business units to shape budgets, forecasts and multi‑year plans that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and deliver annual budgets, rolling forecasts and multi‑year financial plans.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, finance partners and operational teams to support performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, modeling and scenario planning for strategic decisions, mergers, acquisitions and new ventures.
• Provide variance analysis, identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and maintain real‑time reporting dashboards and KPI insights.
• Manage monthly management reporting cycles with accurate commentary.
• Support process improvements, automation and the rollout of new FP&A technology solutions.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for senior management and executive committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years in FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or large corporate environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis techniques.
