About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transactions & Regulatory practice in Dubai on a full‑time, office‑based basis.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage corporate, commercial and regulatory transactions in the UAE.
- Assist the Head of Transactions & Regulatory Practice and the Founder on complex matters, research and client work.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a transactions lawyer, including at least 2 years in a Dubai‑based licensed law firm.
- Strong drafting, legal research and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to take ownership of assigned matters and work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Drafting of legal documents.
- Legal research.
- Corporate, commercial and regulatory law expertise in the UAE.
