Senior BIM Architect

About the role

The client is seeking a Senior BIM Architect with extensive experience in design development for residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. The role involves close collaboration with design teams, authorities and client representatives across a variety of developments in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned projects by fully understanding client requirements.
• Coordinate policies and strategies with senior management.
• Liaise with project managers, other departments and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Attend client and authority meetings as required.
• Assess project team needs and discuss them with senior management.
• Guarantee full design compliance with authority regulations.
• Develop, coordinate and organise design submissions together with team members.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain QA/QC standards before delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture design development.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation abilities.
• Immediately available and preferably based in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
