About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Senior Chef de Partie, leading a kitchen section to deliver high‑quality food, maintain hygiene standards, and support the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shift planning, mise‑en‑place production and service for the assigned section.
• Assign tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, verify correct execution and maintain quality.
• Prepare daily wine, dry‑store, food requisitions and kitchen transfers for approval.
• Maintain colleague relations, motivate the team and provide one‑to‑one training.
• Check daily food preparation for portion size, quantity and recipe compliance.
• Complete the daily checklist for mise‑en‑place and food storage, and report equipment failures.
• Keep the section clean, tidy and pass all relevant information to the next shift.
• Assist the Executive Chef/Sous Chef in developing new recipes and menu ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and the capacity to manage service during peak periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
