Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the execution and technical management of large‑scale construction projects in the UAE. The role involves supervising civil works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.
• Review drawings, method statements and technical documents before and during construction.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably on mega or large‑scale projects in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Transferable UAE residence visa and immediate or short‑term availability.
