Senior Civil Infra Engineer

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a Senior Civil Infra Engineer to lead the delivery of infrastructure works for the Al Raha Island development in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing the construction and supervision of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and water supply systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site execution of all infrastructure construction works.
• Monitor contractor performance against approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Review and provide technical input on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and RFIs.
• Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, inspectors, utility authorities and the client to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and local authority regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience supervising road, utility and drainage works.
• Strong knowledge of construction specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external authorities.
