Senior Civil Project Engineer – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Senior Civil Project Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure and building projects from conception to completion. The role requires managing technical studies, site investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site investigations and analyse data such as maps, reports, tests and drawings.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and produce blueprints that meet specifications.
• Hand over completed structures and services for use.
• Monitor project progress, compile status reports and manage budgets.
• Purchase equipment and materials and ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven working experience in civil engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisation software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar).
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control and regulatory approvals.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Professional Engineer licence and a degree in Civil Engineering.
• UAE national (holding a family book).
