Senior Commercial Counsel – METAPSA & EECA

About the role

Join TikTok’s Global Monetization Legal Team as a Senior Commercial Counsel supporting the METAPSA (Middle East, Turkiye, Africa, Pakistan and South Asia) and EECA (Eastern Europe and Central Asia) regions. Based in Dubai, you will act as a legal advisor to fast‑growing sales, marketing and monetisation functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and partnership to TikTok’s sales, marketing and monetisation teams across METAPSA and EECA.
• Lead negotiations and draft a wide range of agreements, including sales contracts, trading and partnership agreements, sponsorship, service provider, creative asset, talent, competition T&Cs and NDAs.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance issues related to advertising, marketing and user‑generated content in the covered regions.
• Respond to ad‑hoc legal queries from cross‑functional teams and coordinate responses to advertiser and agency questionnaires.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks and knowledge‑management resources.
• Drive process‑improvement projects, global streamlining initiatives and participate in cross‑regional working groups.

Required profile

• Significant private‑practice and in‑house experience supporting sales, marketing and commercial functions.
• Proven ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and meet short turnaround times.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of advertisement standards and regional regulatory landscapes.
