Senior Commercial Disputes / Arbitration Lawyer

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international law firm that is expanding across the Middle East. The firm seeks a senior commercial disputes and arbitration lawyer to advise businesses, investors and developers on a wide range of commercial conflicts.

Key responsibilities

• Represent corporate and financial clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
• Handle shareholder, partnership and contractual disputes.
• Manage construction, infrastructure, real‑estate and development disputes.
• Conduct debt recovery, enforcement, insurance and employment dispute matters.
• Lead cross‑border commercial claims and investor‑related disputes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and referral networks.

Required profile

• Partner‑level or senior associate with an established client base.
• Proven experience in B2B commercial disputes across multiple sectors.
• Desire for greater autonomy, financial upside and a modern practice model.
• Strong sector knowledge in construction, real‑estate, finance or related fields.
