Senior Commercial Project Manager – Smart Infrastructure

About the role

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings division as a Senior Commercial Project Manager. You will lead commercial execution for a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with revenue, cash‑flow and margin targets while supporting the Digital Portfolio vision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end commercial project management for assigned projects.
• Drive commercial execution, business performance planning and KPI alignment (Revenue, Billing Plans, Cashflow, Margins).
• Oversee contract and claim management with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project KPIs, calculate plan‑vs‑actual deviations and ensure timely balance‑sheet cleanup.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities, implement mitigations and report findings.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, debit/credit notes and invoicing in SAP.
• Verify bills against agreed terms, maintain progress and payment records of subcontractors.
• Follow up accounts receivable and ensure compliance with documentation policies.
• Coordinate with treasury for bonds, guarantees and letters of credit.
• Plan and monitor procurements and equipment deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in commercial project management.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, controlling and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, cash‑flow and margin performance.
• Experience with SAP for order processing and invoicing.
• Excellent analytical skills for risk evaluation and performance monitoring.
