Senior Construction Manager - Mid-to-High Rise Projects

About the role

Green Growth Construction is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead its upcoming mid-to-high-rise residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role carries legal and technical accountability for the site, guiding execution from breaking ground to final key handover.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary approved engineer of record for DM and DDA technical inspections, site structural checks and final building sign-offs.
• Manage digital submittals through e-services to clear engineering permits, structural revisions and cross-department NOCs (DEWA, DCD, Trakhees).
• Oversee daily operations of site engineers, foremen and specialized subcontractors across civil, structural, MEP and architectural finishing stages.
• Track project quality and maintain strict compliance with DM health and environmental regulations, leading to the final Building Completion Certificate (BCC).

Required profile

• B.Sc. / B.Eng. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Active municipal card linked to DM and DDA.
• 6-10 years of total construction experience.
• Awareness of UAE construction standards.
