Senior Construction Manager – Offshore Water Injection Brownfield Project

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead offshore brownfield construction for a Water Injection Project in the UAE. The role starts in Abu Dhabi, moves to the fabrication yard, and later to the offshore site during execution and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all offshore brownfield construction activities from mobilization through mechanical completion.
• Develop and implement Construction Execution Plans, resource strategies and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee tie‑ins, facility upgrades, equipment replacements and coordinate shutdown and turnaround activities.
• Manage SIMOPS coordination, ensuring safe work in live operating facilities.
• Champion HSE compliance, conduct inspections, and support zero‑LTI targets.
• Ensure quality assurance, manage NCRs and support mechanical completion and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 25+ years of oil & gas experience, with at least 10 years in senior construction management.
• Extensive offshore brownfield EPC experience, including shutdowns, tie‑ins and modifications.
• Prior experience on ADNOC offshore projects is highly preferred.
