About the role

Concentrix is an intelligent transformation partner that delivers consulting‑led solutions combining analytics, business design and technology. As a Senior Consultant – Consultancy you will help analyse, design and deliver client solutions across a variety of transformation engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and structure solutions using established methodologies.
• Collaborate with specialists to support strategy development and execution.
• Optimize client processes and support change and transformation initiatives.
• Deliver high‑quality work products and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Lead small teams, facilitate discussions and support decision‑making in client engagements.
• Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting, business analysis or transformation environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure problems, develop actionable solutions and lead small teams.
• Strong organization, time‑management and attention to detail; willingness to travel.
• MBA preferred.
