Senior Consultant – Forensic, Ethics & Compliance

About the role

KPMG’s Forensic practice in the UAE is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability. As a Senior Consultant you will join a client‑facing team delivering framework design, investigations, risk assessments and high‑quality deliverables for organisations, particularly in the energy and oil & gas sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of Ethics & Compliance frameworks and conduct investigations, risk assessments and due‑diligence processes.
• Deliver compliance transformation initiatives, third‑party risk management and forensic investigations such as fraud or misconduct.
• Produce gap analyses, remediation plans and ensure alignment with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and industry trends to keep deliverables compliant.
• Identify business development opportunities and assist in preparing proposals and client materials.
• Report progress to performance managers, team leaders or engagement managers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in forensic, compliance or risk management, preferably in consulting or a regulated industry.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations or risk assessment work.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Progress toward relevant certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP, ICA) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to the energy/oil & gas sectors is desirable.
