Senior Consultant / Manager – CRM & Salesforce (Public Sector)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for public‑sector clients in the UAE. The role combines strategic consulting, solution design and hands‑on delivery within a major digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps for government organisations.
• Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions and work closely with technical, architecture and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Support implementation and optimisation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Manage workstreams, project activities, risks and deliverables, and prepare client presentations and proposals.

Required profile

• Proven CRM transformation experience.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience (including certifications is a plus).
• Public sector or government consulting experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Senior Consultant or Manager level experience in a consulting environment (e.g., Big 4, technology or strategy consulting).
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
