About the role
FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. You will work on complex business environments, delivering high‑impact recommendations and leading project modules for top multinational clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead individual project modules or small workstreams, performing problem structuring, data gathering, and analysis.
- Synthesize findings and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Coach junior staff and interns, providing feedback and mentorship.
- Contribute to intellectual capital such as white papers, client pitches, and proposals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Experience in a professional services organization, preferably with exposure to Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMT) sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Financial analysis and modeling.
