About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager to lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for public sector and government clients in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and solutions.
- Work closely with technical, architecture and delivery teams throughout implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Manage workstreams, project activities, risks and deliverables.
Required profile
- Proven experience in CRM transformation, Salesforce implementations and public sector/government consulting.
- Senior Consultant or Manager level experience, preferably from a Big‑4, technology or strategy consulting background.
- Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills with senior client stakeholders.
