About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager to lead CRM and Salesforce transformation programmes for public sector and government clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Define CRM strategy, customer journeys, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications and solutions.
Work closely with technical, architecture and delivery teams throughout implementation.
Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with senior client stakeholders.
Manage workstreams, project activities, risks and deliverables.

Required profile

Proven experience in CRM transformation, Salesforce implementations and public sector/government consulting.
Senior Consultant or Manager level experience, preferably from a Big‑4, technology or strategy consulting background.
Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills with senior client stakeholders.
