About the role

As a Senior Corporate Services Recruiter you will own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, building a specialist market within one of the UAE's most established recruitment firms. You will partner with leading clients and connect top talent to exciting opportunities while growing your own desk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end 360° recruitment process, from business development to placement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing corporate services clients.
• Build a specialist network across Corporate and Professional Services.
• Source, engage and assess high‑quality candidates.
• Handle multiple recruitment assignments while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand your desk.
• Negotiate offers and guide the process through successful placement.

Required profile

• Ambitious, commercially driven and ready to make an impact.
• 4–8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360° agency environment.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
• Resilience, ambition and drive to build a successful practice.
