About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager – MEP to lead cost management for large‑scale EPC civil infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Manage MEP project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
- Monitor actual costs, commitments and expenditures.
- Prepare EAC/ETC and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Analyse variances and identify potential cost overruns.
- Track procurement, subcontractor and manpower costs.
- Monitor variations, claims and scope changes.
- Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Planning and Finance teams.
Required profile
- 12–15 years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls.
- At least 5 years in a senior Cost Control role.
- Strong EPC construction cost control experience with MEP packages.
- Minimum 3 years UAE/GCC experience.
